v4200 (2) Egypt Medal, dated reverse: Clasp Tel-el Kebir (as a pair- with an 1882 Khedive's Star)  14464 Br. Whr. J. Burton F/1 Bde RA.  (central letters of unit obliterated by the star.) with copy roll page confirming Egypt  medal and clasp.  Roll shows given name Jacob. Also included two census pages for Burton: 1871 age 18 "Royal Artillery Drivers" Woolwich Dockyard Royal Artillery Barracks. Born Norwich Norfolk. 1891: Occupation Wheelwright Royal Artillery 124 Rosegarth, Trowbridge, Wilts.  age 37 with wife Jane (35) and daughters: Fanny (14),  Eleanor (12), Jessie (10), Florrie (8), Daisy (5), Maude (3) Lilly (1)  (!) . Interestingly Daisy was born in Natal.  We have not checked for service papers for this man.  contacts from the star NVF £ sold
